Tender are invited for UNDERGROUND ELECTRICA

Notice Details Sealed tenders marked "The Nackawic Millville Rural Community Tender No. T25-01
UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL" will be received at the Nackawic Millville Rural Community Town Hall, 115 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB until 3:00:00 pm local time, Thursday, 2025 September 4. The Company's name and tender closing date and time shall also be indicated on the envelope. Contractors shall drop off the tenders into the tender box located in the Service Centre at Town Hall. Opening of the bids will follow immediately in the Town Hall.

The proposed project includes all materials, equipment, assembly, clearing and ground work required to provide connections to NB Power and other utilites for all perspective homes shown in the plans. The provided plans have been prepared by TEK Consultants Limited and reviewed by NB Power, Bell and Rogers. Current site conditions include all streets, curb, and sidewalk completed. Prior to placing curb and sidewalk the required conduit was placed under the roadway and encased in concrete, minor field fits and adjustments are to be expected in order to make connections. It is recommended that all perspective bidders visit the site prior to submitting a price for this work.

Each tender shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including HST). The successful bidder will be required to provide performance securities as specified in the tender documents.

Contractors responding to this Notice of Tender are advised that official tender documents can only be obtained from NBON. Only contractors who have received the tender directly from NBON are eligible to submit a tender on this project.

Tender Documents may be obtained through NBON.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
