Tender are invited for UNB2025-22- UNBSJ - Elevator Modernization

Notice Details The University of New Brunswick's Capital Planning & Operations Department invites you to submit bids for an Elevator Modernization Project on the Saint John Campus. The project involves the modernization of three elevators located on the Saint John campus. The objective is to upgrade these elevators to improve safety, efficiency, and accessibility. The renovation work may include replacing or repairing mechanical and electrical systems, updating interior finishes, ensuring compliance with current building codes, and enhancing user experience through modern technologies.

A site visit is scheduled for 10:00am on Thursday, November 20th, 2025. Meeting location will be in the boardroom of the Facilities Management building on the UNB Saint John Campus.
