Tender are invited for UNB2025-08 - Incutech Building #1 - Roof Replacement

Notice Details The University of New Brunswick's Capital Planning & Operations Department invites you to submit bids for a Roof Replacement Project on the Fredericton Campus. This project includes the removal of existing roofing system on approx. 1/2 of the building, installation of new 2-ply mod. Bit. roof assembly. Includes removal of redundant exhaust fans, modifications to glycol piping at one location and installation of roofing in for one replacement exhaust fan, fan replacement by UNB. Details of this project are outlined in the drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

A site visit is scheduled for 1:30PM local time on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. Meeting location will be at the main entrance to Incutech Building #1, located at 2 Garland Court on the UNB Fredericton Campus.
