- The District requests proposals from experienced companies in the development, provision and implementation of community parking programs. It is the intent of the District to use this RFP process to select a single qualifiedconsultant for the provision of these services as described herein.The District seeks to negotiate with a Proponent and enter into negotiationswith a preferred proponent with the intent to enter into an Agreement for the provision of the development of a fee-based parking program within the District of Ucluelet.
