- This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection of a Mechanical Contractor for the UBC Hospital (UBCH) Thermal Gradient Header Installation project. The project comprises of the installation of the Thermenex Thermal Gradient Header (TGH) in the existing penthouse mechanical room. New equipment will include: new Thermal Gradient Header and controls logic; new connections with existing heat recovery coils; new connection with existing cooling coils; new heat recovery coils; new digital controls; fan array retrofit and pumps to suit TGH operation.
