Scope Of Services:
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for General Contractors for the UBCH Purdy Pavilion G30 Renovation. The purpose of this project is to renovate room G30 and G12 at the UBCH Purdy Pavilion more conducive to a clinical-grade analytical instruments in a dedicated research space that extends Wellington-s DMCBH laboratory. UBC Faculty of Medicine will be supplying all the new clinical or research equipment. The anticipated start date for construction will be beginning of July with takeover date by the end of October 2025.
Whenever possible, equipment used for this project should be procured from sources that are not affected by tariffs.

Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:

Qualification Range:Only General Contractors prequalified by the Health Authorities for Acute Care Projects over $150,000 can bid.
