Description:
The University of British Columbia Okanagan (UBCO) intends to enter into one (1) contract with a qualified and experienced supplier/vendor to provide flooring replacement services (the “Work”) for the Okanagan Campus Student Residences. The scope of work includes the removal of existing flooring materials, such as a roll carpeting, vinyl sheet goods, ceramic tiles, and stair treads, and replacing them with specified materials including carpet tiles, vinyl plank, and metal nosing in designated areas. The buildings will be available for project commencement on Friday, May 15, 2026, and the Work must be fully completed by Saturday, July 4, 2026. All materials, labour, and equipment required to complete the flooring replacement must be provided by the Service Provider.
