Summary Details:
UBC Properties Trust is pleased to request a fee proposal for Dining Hall Branding & Signage, for the UBC Okanagan Nechako Residence and Commons.
The Housing Commons will include 220 beds as well as a new dining room and central kitchen, which is required for any additional growth in student housing on the Okanagan campus. The project will contribute substantively to the definition and animation of the open Commons field to the north, as well as to the University Centre Plaza, University Walk, and International Mews.
