TENDER DOCUMENT FOR TYPE 106 TRAFFIC GRAVEL AGGREGATE CRUSHING - Sealed Tenders will be received by the undersigned until 11:00 A.M., SK time, on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 for Type 106 - Traffic Gravel Aggregate Crushing. Approximate total quantities: 25,000 - 35,000 yards3 of Type 106 Traffic Gravel 7,000 yards3 Stripping (Removal and Stockpiling) 5,000 yards3 of Reject Material 500 yards3 of Oversize Rock Crushing ( 48”) Tenders will be opened at the R.M. of Eye Hill office in Macklin, SK at the hour of 11:00 A.M, SK time, Wednesday, June 18, 2025. The tender will be awarded to the winning contractor on or before Friday, June 27, 2025. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “5 % of the Tender amount”. The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
