Description : BC Hydro has a project to conduct the civil work for 16 structures end of life wooden transmission poles to new FRP pole Structures on 1L211. This Circuit runs from Avola Substation to Bone Creek terminal, the work will be conducted from Mile 12 to mile 17 on this stretch. The work that will be required for this project is upgrading the roads, creating pads, building drainage ditches for the line equipment and overseeding the pads once work has been completed. Please see attached documents G T08 00506 Main and Track for BC Hydro track requirements along with attachment Pad dimensions for Typical Crane Pad layout for Live line replacement. The contractor will be responsible for completing the grounding. All civil sites in the package are expected to be completed by October 27th, 2023. The sites on 1L211 will be built to 230kV standards. Delivery or completion date is October 27th, 2023.
