Project Description : Delivery Required 2021-03-31SCOPEThis Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of TWO(2) individual outboard watercraft motors in the configurations andquantities described within Items 1 and 2 of this document and detailedwithin the attached Specifications.The brand of motor within Item 1 MUST be Mercury with no possibility ofsubstitution on this brand. Item #2 may be any brand/make and model ofoutboard motor.CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIAVendor bids which are compliant to the attached Specification will beevaluated based upon the lowest 'Total Including All Charges' PER ITEMprice. Purchase Order awards resulting from this Invitation to Tender mayconsist of one or both Items detailed herein.Depending upon a Vendor's 'Unit Price Including Discount', GNB reserves theright to purchase additional units as detailed within Items 1 and 2 of thisInvitation to Tender. Vendors who submit a response to this Invitation toTender must agree to provide additional units at the Vendor's price andmaintain the same terms and conditions for any additional units from thedate of Purchase Order award until March 31, 2021. There is no guaranteethat any additional units will be purchased.DELIVERY DATE AND PRICEVendor agrees to deliver the outboard motor(s) complete with all associatedancillary equipment on or before March 31, 2021 to the Shipping Addressdetailed above.
