- ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS shall be received by the Bidding System, no later than 2:00:59 p.m. on Thursday, September 25th, 2025.
The intent of this bid call is to supply two (2) 3/4 Ton Pickup trucks and one SUV, supplied and delivered to the County of Wellington, Roads Department, Central Garage, 7468 Wellington Road 51, Guelph Ont., in accordance with the tender documents and specifications.
Tender award is subject to Council approval at is meeting on October 30th, 2025. This equipment is budgeted in the 2026 Capital Budget.
The County reserves the right to extend the pricing from the successful bidder to its seven (7) member municipalities and reserves the right to negotiate the purchase of additional light duty vehicles as may be required in 2026 with the awarded bidder.
