Description: Scope of Services Required: the Intent of this Bid is to Receive Quotes for the Township of Southgate is Requesting Proposals for the Supply, Install, Configuration, Deliver, Commission and Support of Hardware and Software Solution for a Turnkey Avl (Automatic Vehicle Locating)/Telematics System for Plow Trucks and other Municipal Fleet Assets for the Township of Southgate. the Township of Southgate Currently has an Avl-Gps System on the Majority of Vehicles and Equipment. the Township of Southgate Fleet Consists Of: ?9 Plow Trucks, ?5 Graders, ?1 Tractor, ?3 Sidewalk Machines, ?6 Pick-Up Trucks, ?4 Waste Collection Trucks ?1 Building Dept Suv the Township Expects the Proposed Systems (Hardware and Software) to be Supported for a Minimum of 10 Years and the Systems Shall be Able to be Removed and Reinstalled from One Vehicle to Another at the Discretion of the Township and as Vehicles are Replaced in the Fleet.
