- The City of Tamarac would like to purchase items and services for the upcoming Turkey Trot 5K Race Event. These items shall include timing & scoring, on-line registration services, t-shirts, medals, event photography, and promotion and marketing services. This is an all or none quote request. Only vendors able to provide all items and services shall be considered.
The quoted t-shirts should be a dri fit type tee like one from A4. Color will be yellow. The City is requesting a flat rate independent of the shirt size. The quote provided shall be the final quote. We will finalize shirt quantities by size around the month of October; typically the last Friday in October. The design in the sample provided in the downloadable documents is just an example.
