Description : TSSA has undertaken a business transformation program where a new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) is being implemented. The data conversion stream of this project will only take open and active legacy data (from Oracle eBusiness suite) and migrate to the new ERP system. Users require access to the legacy historical data after the Oracle system is decommissioned, so legacy historical data must be moved outside of Oracle and retained for future queries. The following is a non-comprehensive list of activities to be provided: Design and delivery of a repository and reporting solution, leveraging ADF, to ensure TSSA can report on and analyze data from different sources (legacy and transactional systems), in a consolidated manner Support the conversion team with strategy and execution through mapping rules, transformation logic, development, testing and so on Develop and deliver a data validation system to support the business to ensure that data conversion is sound and meets established gate and criteria Support to data cleansing team with tools to reduce number of data quality violations (ie. Through de-duplication, mapping logic, batch updates, etc.)
