- ESDC requires Senior Procurement Specialist with experience in complex public sector multi-phase procurement for secure cloud-based service delivery models. The services are to assist ESDC in delivering its long-term cloud service requirement and in establishing a path forward for procurement strategies and developing the corresponding solicitation documents, such as Statement of Requirement, Statement of Work, Terms and Conditions, evaluation requirements and criteria, consultative engagement with industry, and other required artefacts supporting all phases of the procurement activities.
The specialist will work with multi-disciplinary ESDC teams to assess the requirement against available procurement options and to produce detailed procurement strategies and procurement artefacts in order to deliver the ESDC Long Term Cloud service requirement. The specialist may also be required to support other ESDC-s cloud procurement related initiatives. - Documents:
