Description:
The Principal Consultant (landscape architect or forest engineer) must recommend corrective work to be carried out on the trees of the building (refer to Appendix 1 to consult the conclusions of the report prepared by Xylème in 2021, ensure that update the new conditions existing since the report was written by carrying out an exhaustive survey of the premises and consulting Appendix 4 to find out the trees targeted by an external project of the owner), on artificial plants and its pots (refer to Appendix 2), on the trees inside the atrium which may show signs of instability as well as on their irrigation system which is not functional and finally to confirm the boundaries of the property of the Complex Guy-Favreau as well as the responsibility for the maintenance of trees and shrubs in the area between the Guy-Favreau Complex and the Habitations du Centre-Ville (refer to Appendix 5 for development plans). The period of work must take into account consideration of the laws and regulations related to the emerald ash borer and the potential presence of species at risk (refer to the extracts from the study on species at risk in Appendix 3) in the sector.
