- The Corporation of the City of London (the City) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to solicit responses from interested, qualified, firms (Respondents) who are capable of undertaking the project for the process selection, constructability review (pre-design) and the detailed design for a new treatment train to replace Section 1 at the Greenway Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
This is the first stage in a two stage procurement process. Successful Respondents will be invited to participate in the second stage, which will be a request for proposals (RFP).
Throughout the document, the term Respondent is used to indicate the firm responding to the RFPQ. The term Successful Proponent shall mean the firm who is successful after the second stage - Documents:
