Description:
Pembina Trails School Division invites proposals from qualified transportation providers to supply bus and driver services for the CanU Program during the 2025 2026 school year. The Division requires safe, reliable, and flexible transportation services to accommodate students participating in the program.The agreement will commence on or about October 15, 2025, and will remain in effect until May 31, 2026, covering the CanU program sessions in fall, winter, and one day in spring. The fall session is expected to run from mid-October to December 2025, the winter session from January to March 2026, and the spring session will include one program day in May 2026 (exact date to be confirmed). The Division reserves the right to extend the contract for additional program years based on satisfactory performance, program needs, and mutual agreement between the parties.Service dates are outlined in Schedule A and may be subject to minor adjustments as determined by CanU organizers
