Description:
Introduction This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Saskatchewan Health Authority (“SHA”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements. Respondents are asked to respond to the SHA and provide the information requested below. Service to Develop a Transportation and Distribution database that is accessible by the Transportation team, a platform to communicate scheduling changes or issues between the transportation team and customers. The database needs to include a complete provincial schedule of delivery locations and times, the costs of each route, track defects or issues from customers. It also may include a contract management system. Overview of Project SHA is issuing this RFI in order to identify software solutions to reduce transportation (patient) defects, reduced cost of shipping and better support for SHA customers in lab, pharmacy and material management and the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency. Reduction in manual processing of scheduling information and contract management.
