The company Radio-Canada (Radio-Canada) is looking for a supplier for the transport of goods and specialized moves mainly in the transport of decor and technical equipment for audio/video and scenic production. The agreement concluded following this doc could be lasting three (3) years with two (2) irrevocable option to extend one (1) year.1. Summary of the goods and services required: in order to provide solid services, operational continuity and competitive prices throughout the duration of the order offer (or offers to Orders), CBC/Radio-Canada intends to allocate up to two (2) orders: one (1) main supplier and one (1) secondary supplier. This approach aims to alleviate the risks associated with dependence on a single source and to promote a competitive environment for subsequent commands. The selection of the secondary supplier will be contingent for the availability of the main supplier for specific services. It is important to note that the requirements have no fixed deadlines; Rather, they will be based on operational needs. For Each request, the main supplier will have the possibility of responding within a specified period, which will be communicated at the time of the service request.
