Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Transmission Wood Pole Test and Treat Program (72kV, 138 kV, & 230kV), as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.SaskPower is looking to engage a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, management, and administration support necessary to properly inspect, record (data collection and photograph where necessary), test, treat, install fire retardant wraps and report the condition of transmission wood poles throughout Saskatchewan in accordance with this document and Appendix A - RFP Particulars.
