Description:
EPCOR is seeking qualified proponents to provide transmission apparatus services under a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”). The scope includes construction, installation, testing, and commissioning of high-voltage equipment within substations, as well as operational maintenance and repair work. Services may also include auxiliary systems installation, ground grid modifications, and structural/mechanical works.
To meet its operational needs, EPCOR intends to execute MSAs, with multiple Contractors to complete the Work. The awarded MSA holders form a pre-qualified list with pre-negotiated terms and conditions. The Owner plans to issue quotes or Project Requests under the MSAs for different projects. For each Project Request, the Proponent will be required to complete a Project Request form. The Owner will evaluate the responses to the Project Request and determine the successful proponent based on the selection criteria specified in the Project Request. Upon award of the Project Request, the successful proponent and EPCOR will sign a Project Confirmation that relates to the Project Request. For greater clarity, the successful proponent will perform the work and provide the goods that are part of the Project Request in accordance with the terms and conditions of both the Contract and Project Request.
