Project Description : This RFP is open to all interested vendors.The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a qualified Supplier for the supply and delivery of new bus tires for Calgary Transit-s (CT) fleet based on a cost per kilometre leasing program.This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.The Agreement will be for an initial term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed for nine (9) times for one (1) year each time, not to exceed a maximum of ten (10) years.
