TRANSFORMER, LOAD TAP CHANGERS ANDINSULATION OIL MAINTENANCETENDER CALL 2023-091The City of Edmundston is inviting interested tenderers to present an offerfor the transformer, load tap changers and insolation oil maintenance.Tender documents regarding this contract may be obtained at the receptiondesk of the Edmundston City Hall, by email at plan@edmundston.ca or bycalling 506-739-2125.The latest revision and amendments of the Regulation 2022-78 of theProcurement Act (O.C.2022- 306), apply to this tender.The latest revision and amendments of the Regulations of the CrownConstruction Contract Act, as amended, apply to this contract (Regulation82-109).A Bid Bond or a Certified Check in the amount of 10% of the tender price,payable to the City of Edmundston, must accompany the tender.
