Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work includes, but is not limited to, constructing an enclosed training space, installation of a new movable partition wall, converting the hoteling workstation area into a meeting room, demolishing an office to create a reception / entry area, creating a separate suite with an office.For complete bid details, refer to the RFT documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) Certification Program: Bidders shall provide proof of one of the following accreditations in a form acceptable to the Region:1. Certificate of Recognition (COR®) issued by the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA); or2. COR® Equivalency or Reciprocity issued by the IHSA; or3.
