- The City of Barrie intends to retain the services of a qualified respondent to undertake the following traffic counts:
Turning Movement Count (“TMC”) - Eight (8) hour counts.Automatic Traffic Recorder (“ATR”) - 24-hour counts.Automatic Traffic Recorder (“ATR”) - 72-hour counts.Pedestrian Count ("PED") - Eight (8) hour counts.Origin/Destination Study (“O/D”) - Eight (8) hour counts.Crossing Guard Gap Study - Eight (8) hour Gap Study and eight (8) hour Pedestrian count, ages 4-14.Crossing Guard Exposure Study - Eight (8) hour TMC and eight (8) hour Pedestrian count, ages 4-14.All locations are to be within the jurisdiction of the City of Barrie.
The successful respondent will be required to supply and maintain all counting equipment, vehicles, transportation to sites, material, and labour to carry out the work under this quotation.
