As the types of projects vary, PS will manage the aspects of the production process from a roster of prequalified trade printer(s). The purpose of this Request for Supplier Prequalification is to solicit information about you firm-s experience, qualifications, capabilities, and methods. The objective is to prequalify up to eight (8) Trade Printers to be included in a roster of Vendors of Record (“VORs”). The prequalified VORs will be eligible to respond to second stage quotation requests on subsequent Print Shop jobs.York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.
