Description:
The County of Grande Prairie No. 1 is currently preparing Request for Tenders (RFT) for a chip seal project in 2026. Due to the upcoming Provincial Peace Region project tender closing, the County wishes to advise the contracting community of additional upcoming work opportunities with the County.
2026 Chip Seal Project DetailsThe project area includes Township Road 750 from Range Road 101 North to Range Road 93 North.
The anticipated quantities include:• 4,500 meters Crack Repair — Spray Patch• 48,000 square meters Chip Seal Coat, Des. 3 Class 12.5BW• 48,000 square meters Supply and Application of Fog Coat
It is anticipated that the RFT will be advertised in mid February 2026.
