BLYTH WWTP UPGRADE CONTRACT NO. 20093
Sealed tenders addressed to Carson Lamb, Director of Legislative Services/Clerk, Township of North Huron, 274 Josephine, Box 90, Wingham, ON, N0G 2W0, will be received until:
2:00:59 p.m. (Local Time), Tuesday, November 25, 2025
Digital plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained by registering as a plan taker on the Township-s Bids and Tenders website.
1. The work includes but is not limited to the following:
.1 Mobilization/demobilization of construction facilities, materials, equipment, plant and personnel necessary to perform the work. .2 Site work including earth excavation and fill and compaction. .3 Modifications to the existing Sand Filter building. .4 Construction of a new Filter/UV building. .5 Supply and installation of specified piping, valves, appurtenances, etc. .6 Supply and installation of yard piping. .7 Supply and installation of electrical equipment and electrical duct banks, etc. .8 Supply and installation of monitoring and control systems. .9 Removal and disposal of specified existing equipment. .10 Associated structural, mechanical, electrical, control and site work. .11 Plant start-up and commissioning. 2. The work also includes procurement and installation of the following pre-selected equipment.
.1 UV disinfection system, manufactured by Trojan Technologies and supplied by H2Flow Equipment Inc. .2 Cloth media filters, manufactured by Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. and supplied by ACG-Envirocan. as well as other work incidental thereto.
A certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of $150,000 must accompany each bid.
