The work included in this project is located in Whitecourt, Alberta. Major work items are as follows: 1. Pipe Removal and Asbestos Cement Pipe Abatement 1 LS 2. Sanitary Sewer 160 l.m. 3. Gravel Surfacing 780 m2 4. Hot Mix Asphalt 52 m2 Bid Documents are advertised on Build Works Canada athttps://buildworkscanada.com. Bid Documents are available on the Online Bidding System at https://mpe.bidsandtenders.ca/. Bid Documents will be available for download after 2:00 pm on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. A general site visit will not be held. All bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselveswith the site. Each Bid must be accompanied by a digital bid bond (e-bond) in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the Bid Price. Bidders are also required to supply a Consent of Surety Form in the amount equal to fifty (50%) percent of the Contract sum. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalitiesin, or reject any or all bids, or accept the Bid deemed most favorable in the interest of the Owner. Bids will be opened on the Online Bidding Platform.
