The Town of Three Hills is requesting submissions for Qualification of Contractors to bid on the:
New Water Distribution Pump House Facility
This project includes complete replacement of the main pump station building including dry well for the Town of Three Hills.
The Town of Three Hills is located in east-central Alberta, about 125 km northeast of Calgary. The pump station is located at 2 St N between 7th Ave and 11th Ave in Three Hills. The existing pump station consists of a concrete dry well with a main floor at ground level with building dimensions 12 m (l) x 10 m (w) x 4.6 m (h).
Major work items for this contract will include the following general items.
Civil site works, new pump station building including basement dry well, grading, and fencing.Building architecture will include a steel frame building and steel stud construction.Building layout, with ground floor consisting of an operator’s office, mechanical room, chlorine room, scrubber room, electrical room, small bathroom, and the dry well consisting of four (4) pumps in the process area.Demolition of existing building including process piping, valves, and electrical equipment.Process works, including installing four (4) electrical pumps in the dry well, new stainless steel process piping and HDPE yard piping, new truck fill to the west side of the building including new panel, and a monorail for pump removal to the south side of the building.Electrical work consists of a new control panel and ...
