The main items of Work of this Contract include the following:
Schedule ‘A- - 45 Avenue Infrastructure Improvements1. Topsoil stripping, asphalt, concrete and gravel removal, appurtenance adjustment, concrete curb and gutter, asphalt road construction, gravel road construction, topsoil replacement and grass sod.2. 190m of 200mm water main including connections to existing water mains, isolation valves, hydrants, water services and associated works.3. 185m of 200mm sanitary main including connection to an existing sanitary manhole and mains, precast concrete manholes, sanitary services and associated works.4. 4,700 m² of surface restoration from property line to property line including concrete, asphalt, and grass.
Schedule ‘B- - 51 Street Storm Main Extension1. Topsoil and sod removal, catch basin and storm main installation, appurtenance adjustment, concrete curb, gutter and swale replacement, asphalt road construction, topsoil replacement and grass sod.2. 75m of 250mm storm main including a connection to the existing catch basin, and the installation of two new catch basins. 3. 250 m² of surface restoration including concrete, asphalt and grass.
Schedule ‘C- - 54 Street Water Main Replacement1. Asphalt removal.2. 100m of 150mm water main including connections to existing water mains, isolation valves, and associated works.3. 500 m² of asphalt surface restoration.
