- The Town of Stony Plain is seeking to enhance its Communications and Marketing Services by engaging contracted professionals to prequalify through a Communications Preferred Vendors List. Submission for prequalification are invited from qualified and experienced professionals who specialize in the following five (5) areas (each an “Area(s) of Specialization”):1.Writing Services2.Graphic Design Services3.Photography Services4.Videography Services5.Printing Services The Town aims to uphold and strengthen its reputation for excellence in communication and brand management. Through this initiative, we intend to deliver creative, professional, and high-quality communication content reflecting the values and vision of Stony Plain while effectively engaging with our diverse audiences.Successful qualified suppliers will be invited to enter into a Master Framework Agreement for the Area(s) of Specialization for which they are selected and may be invited to participate in second-stage procurement processes for the procurement of services that may arise during the term of the Master Framework Agreement. Depending on the nature of the project, suppliers may collaborate with the Corporate Communications Business Unit or directly with Project Managers from various departments across the organization in second-stage procurement processes.
