- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Owner of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Proponents to submit proposals to review the Town-s Sports Field lighting infrastructure and prepare a feasibility report detailing repair and/or replacement costs and suggestions for repairs and or replacement/upgrades (LED/Solar) for Sports Field lighting and timeline (report) for findings, as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”).
