Description:
Sealed Bids will be received by the Engineer via email to awyatt@wyattengineering.ca with subject line “BID: Rockglen Sidewalk Repairs - Bidder Name”, up to 2:00 pm, C.S.T., Thursday, May 1, 2025. The work is estimated to include: Approximately 300 lm of remove and replace concrete sidewalk; Approximately 85 m2 of concrete sidewalk repairs; and Associated site rehabilitation. Repair of 219 m2 parking lot (SCHEDULE 4) may be included or removed from the Work, depending on overall project pricing. The Bidder should provide pricing for repairing using either concrete or asphalt for consideration. Bids will be evaluated based on the Bidders Total Score per the following breakdown: Mandatory documents are submitted including Bid Form with recognition of Addenda, 10% Bid Bond, Consent of Surety and COR certification (Pass/Fail); Proposed completion date on or before September 1, 2025 (Pass/Fail); and References for completion of similar projects (30 Points); Bid Price (70 Points).
