The Town of Okotoks (the Town) is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified contractors for tenant improvement construction services, as outlined in the attached drawings and specifications package.The following scope overview below is intended as a high-level summary only:Learning CentreExterior sidewalk demolition and new sidewalk for accessibility including new automatic door operator for main entrance door. Suite interior demolition, new construction and alterations are required to suit the new floor plan.
