Description:
The Town of Morinville is inviting tenders from qualified contractors for the provision of a new standby generator and replacement of existing power services and distribution board with new integrate power service at its Town Hall location (10125 100 Ave. Morinville, AB T8R 1L6). Work of this Contract comprises of the following: 1. Replacement of existing power service and distribution board with new integrate power service switchboard as per design details. 2. Provisions of a new standby power generator mounted on a suitable concrete pad, inside a suitably landscaped and fenced area. KEY MILESTONE DATES 1. Mobilization to the Place of Work shall be available on May 1, 2024. 2. The Substantial Performance of the Work shall be achieved October 31, 2024. 3. The Total Performance of the Work shall be achieved by December 31, 2024. 4. The Warranty Period for this Contract is 2 years from the date of substantial performance.
