- Proposals entitled, “Request for Proposal: Town of High Level, Contract 1 - Preconstruction Services High Level WTP MIEX Upgrades” will only be received through the “Bids and Tenders” website (https://ae-ab.bidsandtenders.ca), up to 2:00 p.m., local time, March 21, 2025. Refer to RFP package for further instructions. Proposals must be accompanied by the requirements, as outlined in Document 00 21 13.
The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced construction firms to provide Preconstruction Services for the Town of High Level (“Town” or “Owner”), Project No. 2024-3031-00, High Level WTP MIEX Upgrades project, located in the Town of High Level, Alberta. The Proposals for Contract 1 shall be for Preconstruction Services required for water treatment plant upgrades, in the Town of High Level, AB. As further described herein, the successful Proponent may also be eligible, at the discretion of the Owner, to negotiate to enter into Contract 2 - Construction.
Proponents to submit Proposals in two separate packages with technical qualifications and pricing submitted separately. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure that its proposal is received at the indicated location, date, and time.
