- Description: The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor is Seeking Proposals for Canada Day Fireworks for Saturday, July 1, 2023, at a Location to be Determined in Grand Falls-Windsor. if the Event is Postponed because of Inclement Weather the Fireworks will Take Place the Next Night. all Proposals will be Responsible for the Supply, Preparation, Firing, and Cleanup of a Fireworks Display Including all Materials and Labour. all Proposals Must Provide Proof of all Licenses, Insurances, and Certification Necessary to Supply, Transport, and Fire Fireworks. all Proposals should List the Approximate Length of the Show. all Proposals Must List the Names and Qualifications and the Person or Persons who will be Firing the Fireworks.
