Description:
The Town of Gillam is calling tenders for the Airport Runway Resurfacing and Associated Drainage project in Gillam, Manitoba. The Project must be completed by August 31, 2025, within 45 working days. Tenders will be received up to 4:00 pm local Manitoba time on June 13, 2025. Late submittals will notbe accepted.Tender submissions shall be emailed to all three addresses below: Matt Fisher at mfisher@jrcc.ca Jeff Short at jshort@hydro.mb.ca Denise Macdearmid at cao@townofgillam.comA partial listing of the works is as follows: Approximately 185,000 square metres of existing runway, taxiway, andapron resurfacing. Processing stockpile material to meet general conformance for current project and future maintenance. 3,250 m of ditch grading. Adjusting existing manhole frames. Televising existing LDS. Gillam Esker exploratory digging. Temporary haul road.Provisional works generally include:Supply of additional granular material as required. 7,500 square metres of topsoil and seeding. 2,650 m of ditch regrading. Supply and install 70,000 square metres of EK35.Lowest or any bid may not necessarily beaccepted.
