Below grade, cast-in-place concrete reservoir (approximately 8,200 m3)Two chambersCast in place walls and base slabConcrete pre-cast cover systemPotable water pump station building (approximately 250 m2 ) including:Vertical turbine distribution pumps supply and installation,Process mechanical piping supply and installation,Stainless Steel and PVC process pipingProcess control valves and instrumentation for reservoir fill and discharge Distribution pumping system connectionRegional potable water measurement and monitoringBuilding mechanical, electrical, and instrumentationBackup power generatorPrecast concrete building Lower level dry well/pipe gallery,Civil site work, including:Grading and landscaping,Gravity sewer trunk connection and extension,Connections to upstream and downstream regional potable water supply pipelines (by others),Connection to Town of Coaldale potable water distribution network.The intent of this qualification process is to allow the Town of Coaldale to rate and select eligible Contractors that will bid for the construction of the above-noted project.
