Description:
The Malloy Drain Steering Committee, with the Town of Coaldale acting as Owner, wish to obtain proposals from qualified Contractors for the construction of the South Coaldale Regional Stormwater Management Facility project.
Major work items for this contract may include the following, subject to change based on final design, approvals, and project requirements:
a) 60,000 m² of topsoil stripping and stockpiling,b) 185,000 m³ of waste excavation (to be determined if disposal is to local stockpile or off-site),c) 30 m of CSP culverts,d) 30,000 m² of topsoil placement,e) Surface restoration including gravel vehicle access; plantings; grass; and associated works.
