Description:
The Town will be issuing a formal RFP in May for the procurement of a temporary washroom facility to be delivered and installed to the Town of Canmore, located at 906A 7th Avenue.There is an existing temporary washroom in the location that has served the community for over 30 years, which is no longerreliable, capable of supporting the intensive usage and is undersized. Disposal of the existing unit will be part of the project. The existing facility offers six units spread over a footprint of 10' wide by 30' length and is supported by underground utilities (water and waste), as well as naturalgas and electrical services from the adjacent building. The new facility will also be using connected utility lines (these will be upgraded as part of the project by the Owner), and may be larger than the existing facility footprint, to allow for eight universal self-contained stalls. Two of the eightstalls shall be ACA (ADA) compliant.
