Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of Cable Ferry Towing Service on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure for a period of one (1) year from April 1, 2026 until March 31, 2027 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increments upon written agreement by both parties.
CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications for Item 1 of the tender documents.
Bidders must fill in and submit Schedule A, of the specifications.
Tenders will be awarded based on the overall low bid of all locations.
Services under this contract will be rendered on an as and when needed basis.
