- VIA Rail Canada Inc. is seeking highly experienced supplier(s) for the services in the following five (5) categories:1) Category 1: Compensation Consulting Services2) Category 2: Group Benefits Consulting Services 3) Category 3: Pension Plan Consulting Services 4) Category 4: Pension Investment Consulting Services5) Category 5: Pension Administration ServicesThe Tenderer can submit its tender proposal for one or more categories.At VIA's discretion, VIA reserves the right that a Tenderer may be selected for one or more categories.Categorie 1. Compensation Consulting Services1. Official LanguagesTenderer must be able to provide and deliver all the services specified in Part B, Appendix A, to VIA in both Canada's official languages(oral and in written, including all communications, presentations, training, reports and other documents).2. ExperienceThe Tenderer must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the field of compensation consulting services in Canada.3. ResourcesThe Tenderer must have a minimum of ten (10) compensation specialists employed by your company in Canada.4.
