Description:
The Project is located at: Torngat Mountains Base Camp, in northern Nunatsiavut, Labrador.The works proposed under this Contract generally includes: Work of this Contract comprises of upgrades to the existing infrastructure located at the Torngat Mountain Base Camp, NL. This includes work on the sewage disposal system, wharf, helipad, burn pad, and long-term water supply, as well as any related electrical and mechanical work.Electronic plans, specifications and Tender forms may be obtained online from Merx at no cost.Questions and answers must be posted through merx.com online platform.Tender Security of 10% of the Total Price will be required.The lowest-cost or any proposal may not necessarily be accepted, and the Nunatsiavut Government reserves the right to cancel this tender. Bids will be evaluated on the principles of value for money, which include an evaluation of the Inuit Content Factor pursuant to the Nunatsiavut Procurement Act.
