Description:
The Corporation of the Municipality of Leamington requires the Services from a qualified Proponent to undertake the legal/boundary and topographical surveying services through an Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS) for the Northeast Trunk Sanitary Sewer - Segments 1-3 (Seacliff Drive East to Mersea Road 4)
The following paragraphs identify, in general terms, the Services to be provided by the successful Proponent and outline the minimum requirements of the Municipality.
The successful Proponent shall complete a legal/boundary and topographic survey in the specific locations highlighted in Schedule A and detailed below.
The scope of the services to be provided are the following but not limited to: data collection, project management, topographical survey, boundary survey, verify benchmarks, preparation of AutoCAD base plans in .dwg format, supply survey data as a .txt file in PNEZD (Point, Northing, Easting, elevation and Description), field notes and sketches as necessary, technical support with regards to topographic survey information as required by the engineering staff.
