Notice Details The Local Government has a deployment of approximately one hundred twenty (120) printers throughout the organization. The Local Government is requesting a toner solution that is efficient and meets the printing needs of the Local Government. Hardware, software, support, and maintenance are required elements of the service.
The estimated number of pages printed annually are 359,618 black and white and 82,634 colour. See Section 18.0 Current Equipment for list of printers.
Note: Only submissions for Hewitt Packard toners will be evaluated, the toner must be new, and no substitutions or aftermarket toners will be accepted.
