- Sealed quotes addressed to “Town of Antigonish, 274 Main Street, Antigonish, N. S.”, will be received up to 2:00 pm Tuesday, Aug 28th, 2025, for the “Town of Antigonish 2024 Asphalt Patching Project”. Tender packages may be obtained at the Engineering Office at Town Hall, 274 Main St, Antigonish, N.S. The work can be generally described to include: The removal of approximately 2,501 square metres of asphalt on Town streets via milling machine, and the supply and placement of approximately 290 metric tonnes of hot asphalt pavement to areas identified for asphalt patching. Cold planning, trucking of millings and traffic control will be a part of this contract. Work areas include Main Street, Hawthorne St, James St, Greening Dr, Pleasant St, Church St, Fairview St, Highland Dr, St Mary-s St, Elm St, St. Andrews St, Brookland St, Braemore Avenue, Xavier Dr, Bantry Lane, and College St.
